A monumental win for the North West Greens.
Congratulations to Gina Dowding for becoming one of the 8 new Members of the European Parliament for the North West.
The overall election results were most definitely something to be celebrated also. With the Greens only 2% of the vote behind Labour, and the Conservatives decimated, both major parties have witnessed where being unclear on your stance gets you.
We hope to continue this Green momentum through to the next general election.
